At Homecraft Textiles, we want your home to feel perfect. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery in their original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the textiles in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the items are protected from moisture or damage.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
